These terms govern distance sales through biogeabravo.com. Purchase is reserved to adults and legal entities.

All prices in Euro, VAT included. Shipping is free above €50; €4.90 below this within Italy.

The order is completed after payment confirmation through Stripe. You receive an automatic confirmation email.

1-3 business days delivery in Italy. 3-7 days elsewhere in the EU. Orders placed before noon ship the same day.

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, including on opened products. Email info@biogeabravo.com to start the process.

Food and cosmetic products follow European regulations. Quality issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

Disputes are settled by the court of Koper, Slovenia.
